At Green Farm Organics we aim to offer our customers a convenient and personal beef box delivery service. Green Farm Organics reserve the right to review and amend these conditions from time to time.

While Green Farm Organics make reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on this website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.

Ordering and purchasing of goods 

Green Farm Organics will acknowledge receipt of your order and will then contact you to arrange delivery dates and details. You can pay by bank transfer or cash on delivery and satisfaction of goods received.It is possible to arrange to pay by cheque. Please contact us.

All products are priced and sold by weight or the unit price displayed on the packaging. The guide weight on the website is for guidance only, the weight you receive may vary from this guide. Products are liable to change price without notice and all are sold subject to availability.

Availability of goods

We will try to supply your order as requested but there may be occasions when items are not available or are out of stock. We aim to supply the quantities ordered as closely as possible but the nature of the product means that weights will vary.

Delivery

Green Farm Organics are not responsible for the box or its contents once it has been delivered to your stated delivery address or left according to instructions given by you. It is your responsibility to make suitable arrangements to receive your delivery or inform us where it can be left if you are out.

Refunds and Returns, Cancellation

We hope you will enjoy the produce supplied by Green Farm Organics. However, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please contact on the day the order is delivered. We will aim to resolve the issue by replacing the goods concerned, by refunding their value or with a credit note. Due to the goods being perishable we cannot accept responsibility for them if you do not contact us on the day they are received or the day they are due to be delivered. Any cancellations and amendment requests must be made via the email or phone. Although we endeavour to comply with your requests, it may not be possible to accept cancellation of orders less than 7 days before delivery is due.

Complaints

Should your order arrive in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will aim to address your concerns.
